How do I return an item?
We have a ninety-day return and exchange policy for gifts and garments that have not been washed or worn. If returning an item, please include with the item your name, address and phone number. Also, if you're wanting an item in exchange please remember to include the size you want.
A special note about custom items: Some items, such as chapter guards, gavels and scroll books are custom made. As such, returns on these special-order items are not accepted unless defective. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for the return of any non-defective pledge or initiation buttons.
Please note that not all items are produced in all sizes. If the item you ordered was marked down for clearance, many sizes may be sold out.
Refunds are applied to the card number of the original purchase. Refunds are for full purchase price of the product. (This does not include shipping and handling.) If the cost of the exchange is more than the original price please include a check, money order or allow us to use the original payment method for the difference. (We don't recommend you mail any credit card information.) Coupons and discount codes are not valid in exchanges.
You will need to cover the cost of shipping your return or exchange back to us using the shipping method of your choice for cost and convenience. We can't be responsible for returns that don't arrive here safely. If you're exchanging an item we ship it back to you with free shipping!
