Orders are shipped by UPS or the US Postal Service, depending on the shipping preference of the buyer. Orders going to United States post office boxes must be shipped by US Postal Service (UPS cannot deliver to Post Office boxes). Keep in mind that overnight and two-day shipping options are based on business days. For example, an overnight order placed on Friday before 3:00 pm will not be delivered until the following Monday. The MarketPlace does not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery options.

Overnight and two-day UPS orders placed before 3:00 pm EST will be shipped that same day. UPS ground and all USPS orders are typically shipped within 24 hours. Because the MarketPlace is based out of the Howell + Wendroff Professional Center in Indianapolis, orders will only be fulfilled during the days the office is open for business. (Orders will never be fulfilled on weekends or holidays when the HC is closed.)
