Note for chapter's ordering pins: Remember, pins are included as part of initiation fees, but they are not sent until AFTER initiation is held and reported to the HC. Be sure to keep an inventory of recognition pins on hand before a ceremony – after the ceremony, use the new supply of pins that comes with certificates to replenish the chapter’s supply so it will be stocked for the next initiation ceremony … and so on.
